From Zero to Dream Home in Four Steps

1. On-ramp

We’ll get to know each other, learn about your dreams for your custom home, and show you how we work.

2. Pre-construction

We’ll put together a detailed plan, schedule, and budget that will guide us from vision to reality.

3. Construction

Watch your dream home come together from the ground up. We’ll take care of everything from surveying to final plumbing and electrical, and we’ll make sure that you’re included in site meetings and project updates at every juncture.

4. Occupancy

Time to move in! We’ll walk through the home with you to make sure everything is as agreed, and then the keys will be yours. Welcome home!

About Owen

A carpenter by trade who got his start in renovations, Owen is known for his skill, experience, and craftsmanship.

Owen will be involved in your project from start to finish, working right alongside the crew and the trades.

He’s meticulous and organized, and is extremely adept at ensuring the entire project process runs smoothly. He treats every project as if he were building a home for his own family.

About Ivana

Ivana manages the business side of the business, ensuring we deliver your high-end custom home with professional service.

She has a background in finance, but she’s passionate about more than numbers. She has a keen eye for design and often works with clients on selecting tiles, fixtures, lighting, flooring and other elements of the home.
